This is a full experience — not a demo — designed to help you understand how HBOT feels and whether it’s right for you. Oxygen mask included and free pre consultation meeting.
The €50 session is an introductory offer. If you enjoy the experience and feel it supports your goals, we can discuss follow-up sessions or packages — but there is no obligation to continue.

You’ll relax comfortably inside the chamber while it gently pressurises up to 1.5 ATA (5 meters below sea level) . Most people find the experience calm and relaxing. You can listen to music, work or simply rest during the session. Our team will explain everything before you start.
Wear comfortable clothing (e.g. cotton t-shirt and trousers). Avoid heavy perfumes, oils, or flammable products. We’ll guide you if anything specific is needed.
Mild HBOT is widely used and generally well tolerated. The pressure levels are gentle and designed for comfort. If you have specific conditions (such as severe lung disease or ear issues), please contact us before booking so we can advise you appropriately.
It's a common question, because HBOT is an oxidative therapy. We often hear that oxidation is bad and is a main driver behind a lot of illness and disease. But most people doing HBOT should actually avoid antioxidants before their sessions. Why? Because the oxidation created by the hyperbaric chamber is actually a main driver of many of the benefits we’re hoping to get! With that said, there are some people who absolutely should take antioxidants when doing HBOT (especially at the beginning of their protocol), so this is something we can advise if you are going to repeat more sessions.
Everyone responds differently. Some people feel relaxed or refreshed after one session, while others notice changes only after multiple sessions. This introductory session is about experiencing HBOT, not promising instant results. We recommend 4-5 sessions in a row to tackle a specific symptom in question or saturate yourself with sufficient oxygen in order for your system to start responding to certain benefits and kick start processes.
HBOT offered here is a wellness-support therapy and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. It is often used alongside healthy lifestyle practices and professional medical care.
